Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
